More work on the 650 today and a sketch for the cl100

Rough idea for where the cl 100 is headed :)
Changed the 19 inch rim to a 21 with a motorcross tire, although i fully intend to change front and back to trials tires eventually im thinking, but i love the new 21!!! rides nice looks nice and it was an easy swap, few spacers and i was off, i need a 1 inch perch for the brake handle though as it was a 7/8 befor (a minor set back) should be able to handle it in the next few days or so
trimmed the rear fender all the way back to expose the whole tire in the rear
prepping the tank for my famous spray can metalflake job hahah i hope this one comes out nice im gonna do some tricky stuff, your just gonna have to wait and see what i got in store for this piece!
mounted a secong headlight, with a piaa beam inside, this thing is so bright it will bling you at 100 yards!!

Travel

I have decided that i am going to be doing a bit of travel (a lot actually) maybe 3 months or so worth, ill be bringing lots of swag with me to fund the whole ordeal, some, sets of 75 prints, a new book, and about 75 tattoo machine frames that i build and also the parts to assemble them, i will build them as i go each night, also i plan to do atleast one painting per day, ans tattooing at shops that will let me sit in and do some work, since i will be allover europe i am starting now on learning languages that are foreighn to me such as german and italian for starters, i will put a lot more thought into this so i will update when i have more info :)

So i found this pic and granted it is a beautiful bike and i love it, but..... I dont understand the 2 stroke exhaust added to the end of the pipes?? Especially with that lil tip on it? is this purely looks or there some reason for this madness i dont know anything about? Some secret to getting a ton of power, or god forbid a powerband out of a 4 stroke??? hahah :) Great lookin bike just thought id share and ask for opinions....

So a guy comes in today and says he bought a machine from a retailer i made, only one problem... I didnt engrave it with my lil logo for my name, he says how about you just tattoo your autograph on me instead or better yet the way you sign your tattoo machines you sell, so.... well here it is, IM FAMOUS BIOTCH!

71 cl100 bratstyle frankenbike update

A few new updates for today, coming along nicely!! :) excited to get her finished cuz as soon as shes done the cl350 is going on the rack to become a vintage full fairing racebike!

I got a new bike today!

So its a Suzuki Ls 650cc and its had a lil work done already like aa basic bobber look, ie:hardtail struts, 2inch exhaust pipe no baffle, large carb with huge jets, sporty tank, chopped fender etc... i took it for a quick ride and , damn this thing is FAST! comfortable too, it had a lil pair of drag bars on it and im just way too tall for them so my first thing was straight to the hardware store for some steel and i made a set of z bars... The next thing i did before the sun went down was drill out the primary drive cover with a ton of little holes to lighten and make for a cool look to see the drive but not take it off and have it look like i was lazy and just pulled it off rather than putting some thought into it, i plan to do quite a few more things to this bike over the next few weeks, such as, pai nted tins (metalflake lace and striping) cut rear fender off completely and side mount tag and tail, remove all wires but needed to run and lights, remove rear pegs and all tabs that are not used, add t exhaust taking it all the way to the back and shoot it 4 or 5 feet up in the air with a coctail shaker or deisel stack on top, make and add a fancy sissy bar with bedroll rack, fiberglass wrap the first 2 feet of the exhaust, make better looking battery box, redo the seat with bass boat vinyl in metalflake finish, a few other lil details but for now heres what i got, before and after z bars added.... the bars were just quickly made to test fit and ride to check comfort, still need to finish gring, weld caps on top with machined spikes on top, and general smoothing of welds b4 powdercoating or or plating....

My "ugly" 73 triumph bonneville chopper

I say ugly, because it has been called that by a few people online, the bike was built by route 66 choppers in Virginia, it is built with extreme attention to detail, and beautiful craftsmenship, anyways i just love it so check out the pics, its currently raw metal and ready to be repainted and have the rebuilt motor dropped in (as i spun a bearing doin 100+mph and the oil pump lost suction) should be ready to reassemble soon enough with a whole new look and fully polished motor also b.t.w (i got a lil bored one night and got to polishing the cases)

CB 750 chopper

I bought this project bike that was started here in Las Vegas, After i got it, I took off the front end, and shortened it about 3 1/2 inches to fix the massive amount of flop it had, also the front end was a lil crooked and caused the bike to lean in one direction so badly i think i could have doubled the size of my bicep on one side hahah! the next thing i did was get a trusty ol trailer fender and hack that up a little and made some struts, i swapped the quad carb setup for a pair of delorto twin carbs and 2 into 1 manifolds.. I also found a set of machined spikes for the motor online and added them as well.. i swapped the ape hangers, for drag bars and forward risers and a new round headlight, the final touch was borrowing my buddy Rudys rack of paint and me and him mixing up the green color scheme from scratch and topping it off with 8 coats of ici clear. I had a lot of fun on it until a guy on the east coast made me an offer i just couldn't refuse! i think this was around 1992 or 3 that it was sold, anyways check her out i wonder where she is these days....
